This past week I had the privilege of meeting Marisa and Matthew LaRocca, and filming their wedding at the Foundry in Sodo. From the time we met and they told me their hashtag was “Livin La Vida LaRocca”, I knew their wedding would be full of laughter and fun. The day started off with some rain for good luck as the two prepared for the day. I pulled into The Foundry and was impressed by the features inside. The Foundry had a clean white room that made for some excellent shots during their getting ready process. The bridal party was full of energy as everyone was getting ready for the beautifully prepared ceremony. Marisa and Matthew both wrote personal vows that kept everyone laughing and crying. After saying I do, they walked down the aisle together and escaped outside with me for an epic video shoot. They were full of energy, yet natural and easy to work with. On my last shot I felt the rain coming down and I decided to wrap everything up. As the two ran inside, Matthew offered up his coat to protect Marisa from the rain, it was like a scene out of a movie. The love that you both share for each other became more and more apparent as the night went on. Thank you Marissa and Matthew for choosing me as your videographer. Have a great honeymoon!
